MS CRM 2013 Document management sharepoint

Hi All,

I am using ms crm 2013 onpremise version. I have integrated MS CRM with Sharepoint for document management and  using sharepoint 2010 version. It has been working from last 3years. But now it is giving me error - 'your client does not support opening this list with Window Explorer'. 

But only for Internet Explorer version 11.0.9600.18665(11.0.42) it is working fine. When i switch to Internet explorer version 11.0.9600.17031(11.0.43) it does not work.

Is this browser compatability issue or some thing else?
