Hey everyone,
This question might be simple in nature but I have been trying to find the best practice way of doing it.
Currently we need to have the Allow other Microsoft Dynamics CRM users to send e-mail on your behalf feature checked for every user in the organization. We have workflows that will send email alerts that get stuck with the status of "waiting" unless this feature is checked.
My questions are:
- Is there a way to automate or mass check this box?
- Maybe through a group policy?
- Are there better ways to accomplish sending emails via workflows than we are currently doing?
