how to track Dynamics 365 logged in users in plugin

I am working on a plugin that distribute emails between members of a specified team using round robin distribution. The emails are to be routed among members of the team that are logged in. I am having difficulty in tracking the logged in members of the team in my plugin.

Anyone familiar with how this could be accomplished?
