Lead to opportunity qualify copying the custom entity data

Hi Friends,

I have lead entity which surveys on 1 to N relation ship.When i qualify the lead entity i want carry over the survey in Opportunities,I think i need to develop the plugin when the qualify button copy over the survey in Opportunities.
