workflow

hi

i am trying to create a workflow where it generate account auto numbering after check a certain field

workflow is triggered on account entity and i am checking that field in new connection application , the first two steps are working however the rest are not working .

the problem that i have been not able to see the workflow it reached because it is on different entity 

anybody know how to get access to see that workflow where it has reached and what is ticked and what is not
