Hi All, 

Our organization is in the process of transitioning from windows 7 to windows 10. However, we encountered an error in win 10. A prompt always display this error

"A microsoft dynamics crm window was unable to open, and may have been blocked by a pop-up blocker. Please add this Microsoft dynamics crm server to the list of sites your pop-up blocker allows to open new windows:<server ip>"

We already added the CRM server in allowed sites in pop blocker settings.

We are using CRM 2011 on-prem, ie11, win10.

what could be the issue on this?
