We are having several issues since the update. Any explanations or suggestions for fixes are much appreciated.
1. Qualify button on the originating lead record is not functional. If we go to the list of all Open records and check the box and qualify from here, it works.
2. We are unable to qualify a record if there is a duplicate (even though I have deactivated the duplicate detection rule we previously setup to catch these). We were able to save these in the past even if the record was a duplicate.
3. Now I am unable to get into any of the items located under the Settings heading. For instance, I can click on Administration and all items that normally were under here are listed, but when I click on any item I get the spinning circle in the center of the screen and it never goes through to open these up.
4. We cannot access the Resource Center at all.
