Hi Experts,
I have very critical issue like
Alok is CRM user and he is having
Roles : USD Agent Role
Child Business Unit: MYIT
Parent Business Unit: myAssist
now if i'm having USD agent role and belongs to child business unit "MYIT" then i'm trying to login USD it's login perfectly but only White screen is coming means nothing is loaded but in same child business unit if I'm giving role as USD Admin also then it's loading perfectly.
It should not happen like this , I can't give Every user as USD admin role.
Another scenario if I'm in parent business unit "MyAssist" and giving as only USD agent role then it's loading all the things without USD Admin role.
So I need help like how can a user access who is having child business unit with USD agent role.
Plz help in that. :)
