CRM 2016 two option issue not fixed with update 0.1

I have seen an issue with "two options" fields.

Microsoft says that the issue is resolved with update 0.1.

• When you switch between the main form and the related records in CRM, occasionally the Boolean fields (two options) are reset to the default value and will be submitted to the CRM database.

I installed the update but the issue is not resolved.
