Hi, I've got a problem with the "email to case". I want the email description to populate my case's fields (like number of participants, date of the demand). The email is in this format :
Subject : New formation.
Body of the email : Date of the demand : {Date}
Number of participants : {Number}
What I want to do is taking specific parts of the email to populate my case fields. How can I do to achieve that ? Thank you
