Send Lead to Another Organisation

I work in an organisation who has 2 dynamics 365 crms - for good but complicated reasons which I wont go into here.

Enquiry handlers only have access to one of the systems. It is possible for them to create the lead but transfer / assign it to someone in the other version of crm?
