I have configured and integrated Field Services into a Dynamics 365 environment, i wont wondering if anybody could answer any of the below questions.
Can other engineers see any history of previous jobs from the mobile application?
Can we get the history of the work order to the engineers on the mobile application?
Can we sync the documents (installation) to the engineer on the mobile app?
Can we view all contacts/assets on the map?
