CRM Online Mail-tolen not working after installing RU 12; report-export in OL-Client fails

Hello,

 

I just wanted to ask, if someone else has problems with sending mails with the mail-token. We are using CRM Online and after the update to RU 12 there, we also installed Outlook Client RU12 on some machines. We can track mails when sending [so its synchronized], but we can´t add a token to the mail. Therefore when he get an answer, the mail isn´t automatically recognized. That happens both on windows 7 or 8 machines with Outlook 2010 and 2013.

Another colleague who hasn´t updated to RU 12 yet, does not have those problems, so its likely a problem with the client-update or RU12.

 

With the RU12 client-update we also cant export reports anymore. If we click on export -> PDF, we get a screen with generic error-message. Looked shortly for logfiles but couldnt´ find some, where a proper error-message is supplied.
