We have a user who is unable to install Dynamics CRM for Outlook client to their office 365 outlook 2016 client. Thoughts?
Both client and office are 32bit
CRM Online
Windows 7 Desktop. (note: Their laptop installs OK)
Other remote installations work for Win 8, and Win 10.
