We use CRM Online.
Polaris updated last evening and on the whole it went well, but we've experienced a few bumps. The one I've heard the most about today is that the "Qualify" button on our Lead records does not work...literally nothing happens when you click it.
Oddly enough if you make desired changes and close the lead, then select them in the grid and click "Qualify" in the "main" ribbon it works normally...sort of. I'll posted the other questions after I get this part resolved.
Anyone else experienced this or have suggestions as to what might cause it? We've not any customzations that alter the ribbon in any sense, this is the out-of-the-box ribbon.
