Create Dashboard based on Business Unit

Hi,

We have created different Business Unit and each user has assign business unit. Now i want to create a dashboard based on business unit that show sales, leads, opportunities of only business unit.

Dashboard show results/data based on logged user business unit. If user A belongs to BU XYZ so dashboard show result only from XYZ business unit.

please guide how to create such dashboard.
