Send notification on lead or opportunity creation

Hi,

how can i setup email notification so that when ever any new lead is created or opportunity is created so that all users belongs to initiator/creator business unit get notify.

For example user A from business Unit MySales. when create any lead / opportunity so all others users belongs to MySales business unit get notify when new lead created.

pls guide how to configure it
