SOAP: "An error occurred when verifying security for the message." after Aug 22 2017

Hello,

before two days my PHP script based on AlexaCRM/php-crm-toolkit library stop works. So I try to figure out what happens, but I still do not have a solution.
I use OnlineFederation to authorize myself via API. Login looks fine. I was tried a wrong password and the error message was said I use a wrong password - so there is not problem.

After login, library send some requests. All fails at the request on Discovery service.(https://disco.crm4.dynamics.com/XRMServices/2011/Discovery.svc)

Some facts
1. The script worked 4 months without problems. I do NOT change anything in my code, when it stop works.
2. Login via web browser works.

3. First error is at 4:03 Aug 22 2017 (UTC), something was changed on Microsoft CRM?
4. Same error is on both environment production and development environment.

5. I was checked time settings on Microsoft CRM and my servers. Was correct, not help.

6. I was try any combination of CURL settings CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYPEER, CURLOPT_SSL_VERIFYHOST. Not help.
