Missing Microsoft CRM Security Role

access to microsoft dynamics crm has not been fully configured for this user. The user needs atleast one security role before you can continue.

I am getting this error, and i am not able to continue from here. i restarted, but still again i getting the same error.

can anyone help me?

I tried to create a new user, but didn't assign any role to that user and clicked save.

that's it, i started getting this error. I can't even open any other user page
