Cannot remove System generated workflows for SLA

I have configured couple of SLA in my development environment and later deleted as they are not required.

When I export the solution and import in to another environment(SIT), the import is failing due to some dependency on the workflow generated by system for SLA.

As these are system generated workflows, I cannot delete them from my DEV environment.

I am not sure how come these system generated workflows are part of my solution.

Can some one help me in resolving this issue?
