Hi,
I have 2 CRM companies. When I click on write-in product of opportunity in one company, I am getting one window where I can select product and enter item details as shown in picture 2. But in second company, when I click on write-in product of opportunity, I am getting fields in same window to enter item details as shown in picture 3. It is look like some difference in setup. Kindly let me know where is the changes. I need another window to enter opportunity products details as shown in picture 2 in both companies. Please find a solution.
