CRM/Mobile Tablet APP Performance Issues(Dynamics 365)

Hi All,

We are facing performance issues with tablet App which is making it unusable. The Same functionality is working correctly for a web application.
( Note -: we are testing on Windows 10 device.

CRM Online has latest updates installed Version 1612(8.2.1.344))

Below are some of the examples of issues.

1. When you navigate from one BPF stage to another, forms take time to reload & user sees Finish stage button rather than Next stage button.
However, if you wait for 5 -10 seconds, page loads and displays correct stage with Next button.

2. Quite frequently App hangs and becomes nonresponsive. However, if you close app & reopen again, it starts working again.

Below are the snapshots of frequent error traces on client device. i am also attaching trace logs with this post.
• CONSOLE6001 : The method Windows.ApplicationModel.Search.SearchPane.getForCurrentView has been deprecated. ISearchPaneStatics may be altered or unavailable for releases after Windows 10.
• CONSOLE6001 : The event Windows.ApplicationModel.Search.SearchPane.add_QuerySubmitted has been deprecated. ISearchPane may be altered or unavailable for releases after Windows 10.
• APPHOST9603 : Can’t load the ActiveX plug-in that has the class ID '{D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000}'. Apps can't load ActiveX controls.

• CSS3119 : No fonts available for @font-face rule
• APPHOST9623 : The app couldn’t resolve ms-appx://microsoft.microsoftdynamicscrmforwindows10/WinJS/fonts/Symbols.ttf because of this error: DATA_NOT_AVAILABLE.


Has anyone faced such issues before & any suggestion ?
