Plugin Registration tool stop working while connecting to CRM(On-premise) organisation

Please,can any one suggest me any solution for this error

Plugin Registration tool is able to fetch organisation but showing error when it attempts to connect to Organisation

CRM Server IFD Configured(From Domain system working fine )
