Problem with Discovery service

Hi

I have crm on https://blabla.crm4.dynamics.com

I have service that uses access token to get data from my crm.

But now i have a problem i need to guess what is my crm url (https://blabla.crm4.dynamics.com)

Previously i used this guide https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt607485.aspx and it's worked for me and i got from there my crm url, but now i'm receiving empty list. 

Any solution for this issue?
