Get the date/time of any customisations made to a Managed Solution

We have a Dev and Prod environment.  The Dev is UnManaged and then deployed as Managed to Prod.

Somehow a view on Prod has had a filter added to it.  We think that an admin user has added this filter.  Is there any way of finding this via SQL?

I've tested that it's possible to edit a view in a Managed Solution, and it is (I didn't think this was possible).
