Contacts Migration from CRM 2013 to Dynamics CRM 365 using KWS SSIS

Hello,

I am migrating Contacts information from CRM 2013 to Dynamics CRM 365.

There are these four fields in the View namely:

Created By, Created On, Modified By, Modified On.

I need to map these four fields from source to destination.

Which fields should I use in my source as well as destination so that I can migrate this info successfully?
