Connect Social Engagement to CRM

Hi All,

I need to connect Social Media(Facebook and Twitter) to  my online CRM instance. I ahve gone through some steps but i stuck to a place as inside Social Engagement, i am not able to see "Connections" and "User Management" and could not be able to connect it. 

My actual requirement is to show the tweets of a particular contact in its form itself.
