I work for an accounting firm which is frequently submitting proposals to potential clients. Is there a way to enter in "stock" company info into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and then have a workflow execute a process that compiles this information into one document/email? Ideally I'm imagining a process where an accountant enters in a company name, contact name, and indicates which industry this lead is in; and have the CRM basically put together one workable/tailored document.
Any advice would be much appreciated as I am fairly new to this software.
