Hello Every one,
I am stuck at a issue while Configuring CRM outlook plugin on user who is using 32 Bit VDI system, The Instalable, plugin .exe file is installed on retain able drive of users system.
now once the plugin is been configured The data is wouldn't synchronize
Situations
- We received this error while configuring Outlook to tool. VDI team moved it to retinable drive later... Cannot Configure the Organization for Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook Try to Configure again If the Problem persists. Contact your system administrator
- While Configuring Plugin, I see below error and I press Yes to Proceed 'Another Computer is set to Synchronize with this Dynamics CRM organization, Would you like to designate this Computer as this Synchronizing Client
- After the plugin is installed we receive warning error saying "An Unknown error Occurred while Synchronizing data to outlook.ItemName=VDITest
What I am looking For
- Any experience you have on working with Outlook plugin on VDI system
- Does 32 bit plugin and 64 bit Outlook plugins differ in any way?
- are there any specific place i need to check on my users system for any particular logs?
Please be detailed on VDI System I am new to it , All answers will be appreciated, Screenshots are attached .
