Out of the box behavior: Auto populate Address on Work Order

Hi all,

I want to customize this Out of the Box behavior. I am not able to find any code behind this trigger point. When I select Service Account it automatically fills the address on Work Order.

Please do let me know. How can I find and customize this behavior?
