Increasing Note section height on form.

Hi, 

On all forms, where we add the notes section, it is very narrow, when clicking on Enter a note. 
You need to scroll down to see the buttons and to add attachments, this is not very user friendly. 

Is there a way to increase the height of the Notes section, so when clicking into Enter a note, the whole section will be visible? 
I tried increasing the width, adding spacers, none of it seems to have an impact on the height of the section.
