We have deployed the source code version of the Custom Portal in an Azure App Service using the Self-Hosted Installation Guide (found here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55789)
When we are making changes in Dynamics 365 to the default Profile Web Form (for example adding and removing fields) and then publishing the changes, they aren't being published in the portal. We've tried refreshing the page, logging out and back in, and different browsers.
We have also tried adding a Web Notification URL (as per the instructions in the Self-Hosted Installation Guide), but we are still confused about the caching settings as the blog below suggests that they are not needed for version 8.x of the portal.
The reason we have deployed the source code version rather than the portal add-on is because our client requires payment gateway integration. Has anyone had experience with this and can weigh in?
Is there a community or forum for deploying the source code version of the portal?
