Hide Preceding Zeros from Display

Hi Experts,

Joined this forum only today.  This is my first post in this forum, so excuse me if it is already raised and answered.

Our landscape is that CRM is integrated to SAP ERP System.  In SAP article code is stored with the length of 18 with preceding zeros.  Example Article code 134674 is given to CRM as 000000000000134674 is with preceding 12 zeros.

When the article code is seen in CRM it is oddly shown as 000000000000134674  instead of expected display of 134674.

Is it possible to handle this in CRM to show only 134674.
