We have enabled server side synch for our business user and installed Outlook 2013. The dynamics app appears in Outlook on the web ie when logging onto Outlook.office.com and user can track emails etc.
Issue is user is not seeing the light weight app on the Outlook 2013 desktop client. On checking the installed Microsoft add-ins it shows that Dynamics app is enabled but it doesn't show up on the client. What can be the reason? Shouldn't the below dynamics 365 icon be available in Outlook client for tracking emails etc.
