Hello, i want to ask question. How the reminder works at Unified Service Desk?
When i click the button "reminder" at toolbar, the reminder can't show, but after i make new session at case, the reminder show. And when i click at one of cases, the reminder always open and make new tab of reminder.
I want to customize or config, the reminder will show just when i click at toolbar, what should i do?
