Hello,
I am trying to essentially lock in the project ID for each opportunity and allow opportunities to be searched by the project ID. I enter the project ID in the first phase (leads stage) but when the lead is qualified, the project ID does not carry over and the field is left blank. The business rules associated with the project ID locks the the field if populated with data and allows for visibility.
I am new to microsoft CRM. Please advise.
