Read statistics and access method for Dynamics 365 online

Need to understand the solutions options available to produce READ usage statistics for an online instance.  We are collating adoption stats and READ is not available in the audit logs.

Also need to understand if users are accessing Dynamics via Laptop or via Mobile device.
