We have two scenarios where leads contact us -- either emailing to a sales catch-all address or through a contact form on our website.
The contact form is part of our Adxstudio portal add-on. When someone submits, a lead is created and then a task is created to follow-up with that lead.
The two people responsible for handling these inquiries want it to be set up so the email gets forwarded to them from the sales catch-all address to their own email addresses and then choose whether the information gets tracked into CRM from Outlook.
Since this seems to be outside of doing anything with CRM, is this just as simple as setting up some email rules on the mail server and that's it?
Or is there a way for something to happen with CRM?
We're running CRM 4.0.
