I have tried to activate the Microsoft dynamic CRM email router configuration manager.
I have ran the wizard:
1. email sever type - exchange on line
2. entered the web url of the exchange web services
3. access credential - other sepecified
4. administrator
5. I have tried my name ie paulhogg (crm user) and DOMAIN\username
6. Password of account
7. access type delegate access
8. clicked deployment
9. entered the url of the crm server- this URL is working fine on my machine - CRM server on LAN
10. Access credential - other specified
11. userame
12. password
13 outgoing config profile selected
14. users ques and forward mailboxes selected
15. selected deployment
16. press load publish
17. press load data
18. I get the following message :
the email router configurtiaon manager was unable to retrieve user and queue info from the Microsoft dynamic CRM server. This may indicate the Microsoft dynamics CRM server is busy. Verfiy the URL http://select-2k8-crm:5555/SelectTelecom/main.aspx is correct. additionaly this problem can occur if spcecified access credentials are insufficient. To try again , click load data (Medadata contains a reference that connot be resolved: http://select-2k8-crm:5555/main.aspXrmServices/2011/Discovery.svc?wsdl".)
