Dynamics 365 Word Templates [Hide field value when empty]

Hie all.

In my Word Template, there exists a Main Contact field on a form. As every Contact has a parent Account, what I would like to do is to only show the value of the Main Contact on the form only if that Main Contact has a parent Account, of which the parent Account field is also to be shown on the Word Template. Otherwise if the Main Contact does not have a parent Account then the value of the Contact must not be shown. Can you help with a solution I can implement to make this happen.
