Hi,
We need to populate fields on the standard case form with data from the case resolution activity (i.e. resolution type, billable time, total time, remarks).
I can see a couple of posts/articles explaining that we need to use a plugin since we can't use a standard WF - and in some case they have provide the code.
The problem is I'm not a developer nor do we have access to a developer resource, therefore I was wondering if anyone within the community has the plugin in a solution which we could import please?
