Under Results > Export accounts
I attempt to export to a "static woksheet with records from this page"
Then click "export" and nothing happens except the dialog box closes:
I have checked I have correct permissions, other collegues have no problem, I have up-to-date Java and flash,
I have tried in both Internet Explorer and Outlook with no luck,
