Change or Modify Record URL(Dynamic)

Hello Everybody,

I have a CRM 2015 on premise. I am maintaining it, i was not involved in the installation process. They made probably changes to the server name or url, which has cause problem in the value of Record URL(Dynamic). The value of Record URL(Dynamic) is not correct eg( the actual URL is http://dynap-app01/ but the value of Record URL(Dynamic) is http://dynam-app01/)

How can i modify the value Record URL(Dynamic).

Any feedback shall be appreciated.
