My client has decided to use the Server to Server authentication method to connect and integrate Dynamics365 and Web Application.
To connect the two applications, we are going to use the Server to Server Authentication method, which is quite new and I need some detials around this if someone has used it.
A) steps on how to integrate the two on Azure i have already checked the MSDN site https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt790168.aspx but need more details around how actually the systems will be integrated if i register the web application on Azure.
B) Anyone knows how the authentication is done on both sides
C) How can we secure this like using certificates as its going to be single tenant
D) Will there be any audit logs or logs available to check
