Making 'Incomplete Steps' error message a bit more useful

Hi,

Is there a way we can modify the Incomplete Steps pop a bit more descriptive with useful info? For example I  am trying to put some conditions like entering an email address before you can 'Qualify' a Lead to an Opportunity. So I was hoping I could change the text of the pop up window with a bit more useful info - even something generic like "Please make sure to put in all the required information in Fields with * mark."
