Business Rules Not working on Multiple Forms

Hi,

I have two forms for a specific entity like A and B,I have written business rule which has scope as 'Entity' and it works on server side as well but in  form 'B' I have 5 fields  But in form ' A' it has two fields same as form 'B',but it won't reflect that business rule in Form A.Could you please help me out of this.
