Update related opportunities when fields on Account changes

Hi all,
I have created a Two Options field (Yes/No) on the account. Any time the field is updated on the account, I want the field to automatically update on all the opportunities related to that account. I've created the field on both account and opportunity. Is there a way to do this via OOB features like workflow? or plugin/custom workflow should be the option.
