Hello!
Trying to put together a quick email template for a user so that he can easily send it out to multiple clients at the same time. It's not intended to be part of a nurture campaign, rather we just need the ability to select a number of opportunities and then click Send Direct Email from the tool bar and let him pick his template.
Running into an issue where I can only seem to pull the full name of the contact where he specifically only wants the first name to give it a more personal feel.
I've tried both of the options below but it still pulls the Full Name:
{!Opportunity:Contact;Contact:Full Name;Contact:First Name;}
{!Contact:First Name;Opportunity:Contact;}
Any other suggestions as to how to code this to pull just the first name of a contact in an opportunity template? I haven't tried it yet, and won't have a chance to until later today, but would changing the template to a GLOBAL template allow it to work as is being requested of me?
