Entity form getting refreshed while creating a sub grid record

Hi All,

I have an Account entity form, in that  added contact subgrid with create contact option. On creation of the contact record whole account entity form getting refreshed instead of only contact subgrid.

I'm not sure whether  missing any configuration. Please suggest.
