An error on opportunity form, Cannot read property 'Metadata' of undefined

Hi,

We cloned the Opportunity system form as custom form and didn’t make any customization in this form.

But when we tried to save opportunity record from the custom form then we are facing an issue as shown in the below screenshot.

We got this issue on each and every CRM organization that we have tried.

But we don’t get any error, when we are saving the Opportunity record from the system form.

Error log is as below.
